- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★- Significantly protracted timetable.- Composite stone benchtop cut too short leaving a 7mm gap by the sink.- Multiple visible, open drill holes in cabinet by wet areas.- Kickboards nearly 1cm too short leaving all screws visible.- One cupboard door fell off within a couple of days due to incorrect screws being used by the factory - damaging new oak floor and dishwasher door.- Painted doors not primed or cured sufficiently and so showing excessive chipping.- Front loaded payment schedule leaves no chance for financial recourse.- Owner is aware but not interested in rectifying the defects.Please feel free to contact me if you would like to see photographs of the product/workmanship prior to making your decision.By , April 07, 2017
